Testing is also required
if you need:

Interface comparison
To compare two interfaces (e.g., the old and new ones, those of a customer and its competitor);

Target group comparison
To compare the interface convenience for two groups of users (e.g., beginners and advanced users);
Main options
To identify potential interface problems of a new software product prior to its market launch;

Evaluation
To assess product compliance with business process metrics (average order placement time, conversion rate as compared to the industry averages, etc.)

Types of Usability Testing
Types of Usability Testing
How long does usability testing take?
  • User testing
    One testing session lasts about an hour and a half, of which the testing procedure itself takes about an hour, and the rest of the time is spent on the introductory and final interviews. Longer testing sessions are not advisable. A standard usability testing project, including preparation and drawing up a report, takes about three weeks. This time may vary depending on the nature of the product tested, the purposes and complexity of testing, and the business processes in the customer’s company.
  • Expert testing
    8 to 40 hours, depending on the product.

Standard project price is $5000
to $20000

We know what your users need
We know what your users need
We conduct an expert evaluation based on our experience and industry standards. Our experience allows us, first, to identify more problem areas in existing interfaces, and second, to suggest not superficial amendments but qualitative improvements aimed at solving business problems. When assessing the interface quality, we bear in mind the user and owner tasks it should solve. We are experts. We know what to do to increase the business conversion rate. We make amendments that allow for improving the interaction between the webpage visitors and the interface.
You can review the testing results at any time, e.g., during regular calls on the project. Our activities are transparent, so you can make adjustments at any stage of testing. But why should you? You entrust us, as experts, to find what can be improved on your website. You ask our expert opinion, and it should not be necessarily pleasant for you. Our job is to show what can be improved.
